# Billing and auto-refill

> Prepaid credits, receipts, auto-refill and refunds.


1. Open **Billing** in the console.
2. Pick an amount and pay by card through Stripe. Credits appear when the payment is confirmed.
3. Download receipts and invoices from the same page.

## Auto-refill

Set a threshold and an amount. When the available balance drops below the threshold, the saved card is charged once for that amount. At most three refills happen per day.

## Refunds

Credits do not expire. Refunds are handled case by case and never exceed the unused balance or the amount paid. See the [terms](https://notholy.com/en/terms). A dispute on a card payment freezes the credits from that payment while it is open.

Amounts are kept as integers in billionths of a dollar, and every change to a balance is a new ledger entry.
