# CVEs

> CVE records in the chat come from NVD, CISA KEV and FIRST EPSS, with dates and links.


Ask about a CVE ID or turn on **CVE** in the composer. The model looks up the record and the chat shows a CVE card with:

- NVD description, CVSS vector and score, CWE
- Whether it is in the CISA KEV catalog, and the date it was added
- The EPSS score and percentile, with the date
- References from NVD

The mirror is refreshed from the sources on a schedule, and each card shows when its data was fetched. The same data is available through `GET /v1/cve/{id}` and the CLI.
