Configure the OpenAI Compatible provider in Cline.

Before you begin
Open a fresh terminal, configure a scoped key and list the models available to your account before using the client. The shared setup includes Bash and PowerShell commands.
Configure Cline
Install Cline from its official distribution. In provider settings choose OpenAI Compatible, set Base URL to https://api.notholy.com/v1, enter a scoped NotHoly key and choose an exact model ID from your account catalog. Start with Plan mode and review tool permissions. This configuration has not been run in the Cline application; images, browser tools and automatic approvals are not established by text API compatibility.
