Every notholy command and what it does.
These commands need the CLI installed and signed in. See Install the CLI.

notholy analyze ./app.apk | Upload a file for static analysis in the sandbox. It is kept for 1 hour and you can ask about it |
notholy connect TOOL | Write a tool's configuration, with a backup |
notholy run TOOL | Start a tool with NotHoly for that process only |
notholy mcp | Start the local MCP server |
notholy doctor | Test account, network, streaming and tools |
Every lookup command accepts --json.
