Billing and auto-refill
Prepaid credits, receipts, auto-refill and refunds.
- Open Billing in the console.
- Pick an amount and pay by card through Stripe. Credits appear when the payment is confirmed.
- Download receipts and invoices from the same page.
Auto-refill
Set a threshold and an amount. When the available balance drops below the threshold, the saved card is charged once for that amount. At most three refills happen per day.
Refunds
Credits do not expire. Refunds are handled case by case and never exceed the unused balance or the amount paid. See the terms. A dispute on a card payment freezes the credits from that payment while it is open.
Amounts are kept as integers in billionths of a dollar, and every change to a balance is a new ledger entry.
